When standard sizes do not meet your needs, Royal Hives manufactures wooden boxes to individual specification — any size, shape, number of compartments, and finish. Tell us your requirements and we will realise them in our Sofia workshop.
Scope of custom manufacturing
We manufacture boxes in any size and shape — tell us your dimensions and we will produce them. Custom compartments for organising contents and special dimensions tailored to a specific product or packaging are possible.
Wood and finishes
For custom boxes we offer dried coniferous wood or hardwood on request, at 10–12% moisture content. The finish can be natural wood, colourless waterproof UV varnish, or coloured waterproof paint, as well as a branded finish with logo engraving.
Branding and compartments
We offer logo engraving / branding, custom compartments, and special dimensions — a combination useful for presentation packaging, sets, or non-standard shaped products.
How quote-based ordering works
Since every custom job is unique, send us dimensions, a sketch or reference product, your preferred material and finish, and the quantity you need — we will prepare an individual quote.
