Farrar Beehives
Royal Hives manufactures Farrar beehives in 8 and 10 frames. Consists of a flat or deep bottom board, 4 supers, feeder and roof. Super sides finger-jointed and glued. The thickness of the supers and bottom boards is 25 mm. Made from dried softwood (pine/spruce) up to 12% humidity. Upon request the hives could be varnished or painted with a colour outdoor paint.

Materials & Durability
All our beehive woodenware is made from seasoned coniferous wood or limetree, dried to 10–12% equilibrium humidity. Finishes include precoat with waterproof UV colourless varnish or coloured waterproof paint upon client request.
