British Standard National & Commercial Bee Hives
Royal Hives manufactures British Standard National Bee Hives with flat or varroa bottom board, brood chamber, one or two supers, inner cover or feeder and 6" roof. We also produce British Standard Commercial Bee Hives. Components include brood boxes, super boxes, nucleus hives, nucleus eke, inner covers, queen excluders (galvanised metal grid in wooden frame), and roofs (6" or 7" finger jointed). National and Commercial frames available in DN1, DN4, DN5, 14x12, SN1, SN4, SN5, Manley, and Deep formats.

Materials & Durability
All our beehive woodenware is made from seasoned coniferous wood or limetree, dried to 10–12% equilibrium humidity. Finishes include precoat with waterproof UV colourless varnish or coloured waterproof paint upon client request.
